The Norwegian Photographic Journal (NJP) is a result of the collaboration with the Fritt Ord Foundation, and is an extension of the foundation's work to promote Norwegian documentary photography. The purpose of this initiative is to strengthen the genre's conditions in Norway, and to ensure that Norwegian documentary photographers reach a wide audience internationally.

NJP No. 2 was launched in book form 8. May, and presents eight photographers with new projects.
