New libraries

The freely subsidized subscription to the internationally oriented book reviewed is an agreement with the Cultural Council, and applies to new public libraries that do not have MODERN TIMES today.
Subscription gives you one year with our comprehensive book review delivered quarterly to the library (attached to the European documentary film magazine MODERN TIMES REVIEW or other supplement) – as well as access to the online newspaper's current affairs every week.
You also have online all the e-newspapers (PDF), and the archive's almost 10 articles
